Terms of sale

  • We only accept cash or bank deposit for pick up as we won't have proof of shipping
  • Bank deposit is prefered method of payment
  • Paypal accepted
  • Business & Personal Cheques accepted though items cannot be picked up or shipped until cheque has cleared
  • e-cheques via Paypal accepted if item is paid immediately
  • Payments must be made within 1 days of sale ending unless you have contacted us to extend time prior to purchasing
  • Items are Guaranteed to be exactly as per description therefore it is buyers responsibility to read whole description prior to bidding
  • If buyer wants to cancel their purchase they have tocontact us immediately after the purchase of the items.
  • combined shipping only applies if buyer hasn't paid for the items & items haven't been shipped
  • Everything we sell is Via Registered Post.
  • Items specified clearly in the items description that they are sold 'as is' condition will not be refunded
  • Refunds are only accepted when items have been returned in the exact condition & with same specifications as they were shipped with
  • Serial Numbers are Placed on Tax invoice & if an item is returned the serial number must match & not removed from units
  • Warranty will not be honored if item/items have had their serial numbers removed or not accompanied by our Invoice

Complaints or Issues with purchase

Buyer has to send us an email immediately to notify us that they have a problem so we can rectify it. We are human & sometimes mistakes are made. Negative or Neutral Feedback will NOT solve your problem. We appreciate direct communication as we respond within 24 hours to all emails. We have Free phone calls to all Landlines & Mobiles so please provide your telephone number in your email & the hours you will be available so one of Technicians can call you to assist you further.
